Our programs, although still new, have a lot to offer! Your child will be able to build an athletic foundation for all sports through the strength, flexibility, and coordination and skill that the challenge of these classes will offer!
WHAT DO NINJA CLASSES CONSIST OF?
Our Ninja classes are the perfect way for your ninja to train on all of their favorite obstacles! Each week, our class is designed to improve overall agility, balance, strength and coordination through small-group instruction and practice on our dynamic and constantly changing equipment.
Our classes are age specific in order to implement a curriculum that's dependent on skill development. Your ninja will learn how to roll when they fall, and how to avoid injury which is beneficial to any type of sport.
We ask that your ninja wears comfortable clothing with no zippers or belts. Our 3 instructors are all first responders who are CPR certified with years of experience in Crossfit & working in kids sports.
