For those looking to train and perfect their barbell movements, look no further! In this class you will train JUST the barbell. We maintain a focus on power lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses) and speed lifts (snatch and clean & jerk).
Between gaining strength in your numbers, breaking down the movements to hone in on your technique, and providing drills to create good habits (or break bad habits), you are guaranteed to benefit from this! Our in house certified nutritionist is on site at Parallax to help you create healthy nutrition habits. This one on one coaching includes custom meal plans, Inbody scans and so much more. We can personalize a plan to fit your goals and needs. This includes parents on the go, athletes who want to enhance their work performance or busy individuals on the go! We make nutrition easy and simple to create life long healthy habits.
Weekly Meal Prep Service is available- Each week, meals are available to order from our online restaurant. The meals are created in MyFitnessPal, to provide all the macronutrients for a well balanced meal. Orders are placed by Thursday nights and all food is delivered on Sunday's. We have in-house Protein waffles, yogurt fruit bars and so much more sold right out of the refrigerator at Parallax!
Our on-ramp program is required for any new members (with OR without crossfit experience) and is booked through our ONLINE BOOKING page.
STEP 1- Book your 1-on-1 consultation with our L2 Coach and nutritionist HERE. She will go over goal setting, nutrition information, give you a tour of our facility, and go over what to expect when you meet with your coach.
Once we've completed the consultation and assessment, we can come up with the best game plan to help you get started on the right track!
Our 1 hour Crossfit Kids classes are offered for ages 7-14 on a weekly basis. The importance here is safety and fun as we use light kettlebells and dumbbells mixed with bodyweight exercises to create a safe learning experience. No experience is necessary. For ages 5-12, Our kids gymnastics program is led by Coach Rachel. Rachel began gymnastics at the age of 3 and competed through her college years at Division 1 Kent State University. Also, she's been coaching gymnastics since the age of 13, and a Crossfit coach/gym owner for the past 8 years! She has taught numerous gymnastics seminars in the tristate area, & loves helping others see the fun in this sport. Click below for our schedule and booking options!
Open gym time is available for anyone looking to put in the extra time and effort. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get in their "Extra Strength" that's offered under the daily WOD, each day. This is in addition to the Barbell Club assignments.
There will ALWAYS be a coach available during these time slots for guidance, spotting, or just an extra set of eyes. Check the schedule for our OPEN GYM times!
