Parallax Gymnastics is run by Crossfit Parallax Owner & Head coach, Rachel Reichanek. Rachel started gymnastics at the age of 3 at Central Bucks Gymnastics in PA. She attended Division 1 Kent State University where she earned an athletic scholarship and spent her senior year as team captain, specialist of the year, and team anchor on floor and vault.

 

She began teaching gymnastics classes at the age of 14, and hasn't looked back since. She opened Crossfit Parallax in 2013, and  founded Parallax Gymnastics in 2021. She has felt as though her purpose to help others has put her right where she needs to be.
