Welcome to Ab April! Your challenge for each day is to complete 4 Ab exercises that have 30 reps each (for the 30 days in April!). These 4 exercises will change each day. At the bottom of each day, you’ll complete butterfly Ab Mat sit-ups, adding 5 reps each day. You get an InBody scan at the beginning and the end of the challenge (if you're interested in it). There will also be a winner at the end of the challenge, of who completes the most reps for the month, so keep track on your own of how many you complete! (In case you end up missing days).
