Welcome to Ab April! Your challenge for each day is to complete 4 Ab exercises that have 30 reps each (april has 30 days). These 4 exercises will change each day. At the bottom of each day, you’ll complete butterfly Ab Mat sit-ups, adding 5 reps each day. There will be a winner at the end of the challenge, of who completes the most reps for the month, so keep track on your own of how many you complete! (In case you end up missing days).
