Join us for a 75 Day Challenge! This is not meant to be convenient or easy. It’s a commitment to being disciplined. No matter what. Find a way to get all 5 things done each day before you go to sleep. Don’t forget to mark the steps as complete each day! 1. Drink 1 Gallon of water 2. Take a daily progress picture 3. Read 10 pages of non-fiction 4. Complete two 45 minute workouts daily (1 must be outdoors) 5. Follow an eating plan of your choice (no alcohol or cheat meals) *Body scan included on Day 1 and Day 75!
