FROM 0:00 - 9:00 = Every 1:30 x 6 sets:

Dead stop bottom up Front Squat x2 reps

x2 sets @70% x2 sets @75% x2 sets @80%


FROM 12:00-20:00 = AMRAP of:

1 DB Burpee Box step up (each leg)

1 Burpee Devil Press @50/35 (40/25)

1 DB Snatch (each arm)

(Add 1 rep to each set after each round)


FROM 20:00 - 28:00 = Find your 2RM Bottom up Front Squat
