1 workout a day for 30 days, completed in less than 10 minutes each day! Hello participants! Thank you SO MUCH for joining our challenge. We are so happy to have you. These next 30 days will be challenging yet rewarding so prepare to stay COMMITTED the whole time! You will be sore. Just remember, building mass in one specific muscle group requires consistency. If you do miss a day, please try to make it up! The winner of this challenge will be chosen by who completes the most amount of reps accumulated over the 30 days. Each workout you complete will require you to enter the total number of repetitions you completed afterwards. Demo videos will be provided on the app underneath the workout when needed.
