I’m here to help you with your gymnastics drills & skills through my own personalized gymnastics programming that can be done at home or at your gym. These drills/skill work will get you stronger, more flexible, more mobile, and more aware of your body and shapes that are required in all gymnastics movements!
Each week, you will be given 10 workouts that you can complete in any order, on any day.
These workouts are designed so that individuals of any skill level/strength level can complete them!
Higher skilled workouts will have options for beginner, intermediate or advanced options (and/or scaling options)
You will need access to:
- 1 set of either Kettlebells OR dumbbells (a moderate weight)
- A pull-up bar
- A box or bench
- A jump rope
- A light resistance pull-up band
- You will need to be able to hold a handstand against the wall in order to do this programming! If not, get practicing, then we can start!
