  1 rep = 1 power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 snatch push Press + 1 Overhead Squat

2.  Clean from blocks (below knee)

    8 rounds (every 2 minutes): Work to a heavy set

    1 clean pull+1 Squat clean + 1 jerk

3. Cossak Squat - 4x6 (3 each side)

4. Turkish Get ups 4x6 (3 each side) AHAP
