With a deck of shuffled cards:

Flip a card & complete assigned exercise to match the face of the card.

Number on card = Number of reps

HEARTS = Shuttle sprints (10 ft out & back, 20 ft. O&B, 30 ft. O&B = 1 rep)

SPADES = V-ups x2

CLUBS = Pike Push-ups

DIAMONDS = Jumping Lunges (left + right = 1 rep)
