1. Work to a max- Hip snatch + Hang snatch + Full snatch + OHS  2. Split stance strict press 3x10 3. Jerk dip + Split jerk (2+1) x 5 sets 4. Deadlift- work to an 8RM 5. DB Bulgarian split squat- 3x10 each leg WOD 3 rounds for time of: 7 strict muscle-ups 50 squats 1,000-meter row
