1. Snatch tempo pulls: Pause at each for 1 sec: 1" off floor, 1" below knee, 1" above knee, Hang (mid thigh), high Hang...then work your way back down in the same fashion. When u get to 1" above floor start progression back up. (Not putting bar down) 3 sets of 2  2. Clean tempo pull: same as snatch

3. Power Clean: 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x3, 75%x3, 80%x2 4. Good mornings 3x10 @95/65
