UNBROKEN reps for time. If you cannot complete the entire ladder unbroken, start back at 1 rep and repeat the ladder as many times a necessary until 60 reps have been completed

L-Sit for as long as possible

Every break = Complete __ KBS

(The same number of seconds you held the L-sit for each time)

Continue this pattern until you've completed 100 KBS @70/53/35
