STRENGTH WOD

“Big Clean Complex” 6 sets of the following Complex : High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Power Clean + Push Press High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Power Clean + Push Jerk High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Power Clean + Split Jerk One set consists of all 12 reps. Try not to drop the bar during the entire set. Rest as needed between sets and try to increase weight after each set.

WOD

FOR TIME:

L-sit for as long as possible. Every break = complete __ KBS (the same # of seconds you held your L-sit for). Continue this pattern until you complete 100 KBS.
