Our in house certified nutritionist Cheri Krawczyk is here at CrossFit Parallax to not only coach you on fitness, but creating healthy nutrition habits to enhance your lifestyle. This one on one coaching includes custom meal plans, Inbody scans and so much more. We can personalize a plan to fit your goals and needs. This includes parents on the go, athletes who want to enhance their work performance or busy individuals on the go! We have something for everyone. We make nutrition easy and simple to create life long healthy habits. If you are over quick fixes or fad diets, come book your FREE nutrition consultation. 


Weekly Meal Prep Service is available- Each week two different meals are available to order. Each meal is created in MyFitnessPal, to provide all the macronutrients for a well balanced meal. Orders are places by Thursday nights through our online restaurant where you can customize your meals! All food is delivered on Sunday's. We have in-house Protein waffles, yogurt fruit bars and so much more sold right out of the refrigerator at Parallax!

On Ramp Program & Personal Training


Our on ramp program is for those looking to build a base of the fundamentals by learning skills used daily in our classes. Each person will call/e-mail and book an appointment with one of our coaches. This appointment will give us a good idea of who you are and what you’re looking for. Your coach will take you through class with everyone else, helping you modify movements and learn the basics that you are not familiar with yet. Your coach will give you your own individualized instructions as you learn the ins and outs to our group classes. This also helps us identify what skills you will need the most help on. Each and every one of our coaches are qualified to identify how and where we can help you the most. The purpose here is to make sure that each person that walks through the door gets the attention they need and are given the perfect plan they need to start reaching their goals! 

Your first on ramp class is $20 and will get you your 2nd class free! All you need to do is tell us which class time works well for you so we can have a coach available, then just show up! Personal training packages are also available.

Barbell Club

For those looking to train and perfect their barbell movements, look no further! In this class you will train JUST the barbell. We maintain a focus on power lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses) and speed lifts (snatch and clean & jerk). 

Between gaining strength in your numbers, breaking down the movements to hone in on your technique, and providing drills to create good habits (or break bad habits), you are guaranteed to benefit from this! Massage / Cupping Appointments

Schedule your 15 or 60 minute chair massage / cupping before or after your workout with massage therapy certified coach Cheri! (Certified via Pensacola school of massage)

Benefits of massages & cupping:

-reduced muscle tension

-improved circulation

-stimulation of lymphatic system

-reduction of stress hormones

-increased joint mobility and flexibility

-improved recovery of soft tissue

Members: $12.00 for 15min chair massage & $5.00 for cupping

For Non-members: $15.00 for 15min chair massage & $10.00 for cupping

1 hour massage also available by appointment.

GYMNASTICS Classes & Programming

Not only do we offer adult gymnastics programming and seminars, but we also offer kids gymnastics classes! 

Our adult gymnastics programming helps you better your skills and be more efficient in your movements. We provide the demo videos with cues for your drills and skill work, and you complete it on your own! Our kids classes are offered on a changing schedule, so contact us for more information!

If you’re looking to better your skills, work with the best. Coach Rachel has been a gymnast since the age of 3, gymnastics coach since the age of 13, and a Crossfit coach/gym owner for the past 8 years! She has taught numerous gymnastics seminars in the tristate area, & loves helping others see the fun in this sport.

Competitive Programming

Are you looking to take your training to the next level? Are you feeling the itch to compete at a higher level and be successful in doing so? Well you've come to the right place. Crossfit Parallax has a relatively extensive line of high level competitors. Between multiple individual and team Regional qualifiers, to Masters Athletes 40, 50 or 60+ we've had it all. Not to mention more than 1 Professional GRID league members. If you're looking to increase your volume, work on your weaknesses and take the next step, your programming will need to change. Parallax Chiropractor/ART

Weekly, our very own chiropractor Rick Carlson, MD is available for adjustments, stretching, ART, graston, cupping and more. Whether it’s a nagging injury you’ve had lingering for a while now, or just tightness in general, Rick can help loosen up your joints and get your body back to operating the way it should!


Open gym time is available for anyone looking to put in the extra time and effort. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get in their "Extra Strength" that's offered under the daily WOD, each day. This is in addition to the Barbell Club assignments. There will ALWAYS be a coach available during these time slots for guidance, spotting, or just an extra set of eyes. Check the schedule for our OPEN GYM times!


Upon appointment, we offer on-site babysitting during almost any class time. We have a TV, wii and x-box available in addition to games and crafts for entertainment. The charge is only $10 per child, per hour. There is a cap on children/class Please contact us for more information!


This stands for Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. It is a website that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. These videos are classes, not how to videos, and they are programmed daily so that members simply log in, push play, and have a 10-60 minute ROMWOD class. You get to pick the length of the video you watch each day depending on the time you have available. You will be guided to hold postures, work on breathing, and learn to focus just like you would if you walked into a class.
